01/09 Lunch & Lit

Join us on Thursday, January 9th to hear Marie Benedict discuss her newest release, Lady Clementine.

This New York Times bestselling author of The Only Woman in the Room has always had a knack for shedding light on the hidden stories of fierce women in history, and this time is no different. Lady Clementine tells the story of Clementine Churchill, wife of Winston Churchill. Marie shows how Clementine stood by her husband during times of war and peace, offered defense and support, and even saved his life.

Don’t just take our word for it. Fiona Davis, bestselling author of The Masterpiece, says “Benedict shines a literary spotlight on [historical figures] whose talents and achievements have been overlooked.”

Stephanie Crowe of Page & Palette says, “ Benedict is a master of historical fiction.”

We’re delighted that Marie will be on hand to talk, answer questions, and sign books, all while enjoying a delicious meal.
Tickets are $45 and include a three course lunch and a copy of Lady Clementine.

Transferring of tickets or refunds can be honored up until 48 hours prior to the event. Within 48 hours of the event, a gift certificate for 25% of the ticket price will be issued or a partial credit will be given for a future lunch program.
